Among the first companies in the specialized car stereo industry to obtain ISO 9001 quality certification at the beginning of 2000, quality has always been our modus operandi. To achieve our objectives of excellence, we have defined an overall strategy for quality based on the trinomial People – Processes – Performance.

In Elettromedia every step of the creative and technological process contributes to the overall quality of the final product. Our total quality control system involves every phase from design to production: every single process is personally taken care of within Elettromedia’s proprietary facilities in Italy, USA and China.

To contain risks and to seize opportunities for improvement, appropriate actions have been defined through a strategy based on the trinomial PeopleProcessesPerformance.

These actions consist of:

  • Promote continuous training and updating of personnel on electronic and electroacoustic technologies and management methods;
  • Research and develop innovative technological solutions to support design;
  • Adopt production planning and control methods to reduce waiting times and meet promised delivery times;
  • Analyze feedback from Technical Assistance Centers, distributors and external communication channels (such as social media) in order to place increasingly reliable and performing products on the market;
  • Systematically control management data to contain costs and ensure efficient processes.

All staff, through direct involvement and sharing of established and agreed rules and practices, is constantly trained and sensitized to achieve the objectives set for the relative area of competence, to fight and eliminate inefficiencies, to propose actions for the improvement of processes and to increase their knowledge.
